Short notice, I know – but its just come to our attention:
Moor Meadows is a Dartmoor based community group of landowners, farmers and gardeners whose passion is restoring and creating flower-rich grasslands, on every scale, for nature and for people. They have an online event this evening that may be of interest:
Conservation grazing is livestock grazing that promotes biodiversity, encouraging wildflowers as well as creating a diversity of habitats for wildlife. Speakers address animal welfare when grazing for wildlife; carbon storage of different grassland types and best practice for grazing wet meadows.
Register for Moor Meadows’ next online talk – this evening – Thursday 9th December, 7.30pm
