They have a planned fungal meadow meet up planned on 9 October – hopefully to include wax caps. The date may change due to lack of mushrooms or indeed the weather.
They say
“We are dreaming up a mushroom themed lunch with mushroom soup and bread and maybe a mushroom or truffle cheese and offers to help cook will be welcome depending on numbers who want to come. This won’t involve wild mushrooms unless an expert forager joins us”
